GtkVScale Constructor
A GtkVScale that can be given its own
GtkAdjustment settings has no configuration
issues whatever.
Reasonable settings on an adjustment object for a
GtkVScale on a single full page might look
something like this:
This would give a scale of 0 to 100 along the height of the page, and
no overlap.
